Parking Rules


Evergreen Homes Village are PRIVATE roads maintained by the HOA and subject to the rules, policies, By-Laws and Covenants of the HOA which have been established for the safety, security and wellbeing of our residents.

 

It is the responsibility of homeowners to understand the parking rules within the community. Further, it is the responsibility of homeowners to ensure their guests and all family members understand the parking rules to prevent from being towed at the vehicle owners expense.

 

PARKING RULES:

  • Vehicles shall not be parked on any part of the lawn (private or common).
  • Vehicles shall not block fire hydrants or fire lanes.
  • Vehicles shall not block the driveway of other residents.
  • Vehicles shall not be parked on or obstruct the streets.
  • Vehicles shall not be parked in areas marked with “No Parking” sign.
  • Vehicles shall not be parked on any part of the NO PARKING curb. See red on map.

 

ADDITIONAL PARKING:

  •  OVER-FLOW PARKING is available on the areas marked in yellow on map below.
  • OVER-FLOW PARKING areas may be used for no more than 24 hours.
  • Homeowners who have multiple vehicles in their household are encouraged to apply for Architectural approval to extend the driveway.
  • If you are having a private party or event, residents are required to contact the management company to provide the date, time and address to prevent from being towed.
